Job Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant digital channels.
- Optimize campaigns across platforms to maximize ROI and meet performance targets.
- Conduct thorough research on various industries, target audiences, and competitor performance to inform data-driven and innovative creative strategies.
- Collaborate closely with teams to align strategies with business objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining high-quality leads and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and platform updates to improve media buying strategies and approaches continuously.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, including knowledge with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Expertise in working with additional advertising platforms such as Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to think creatively and conduct industry-specific research.
- Capable of working independently without supervision.
- Proficient in using advertising and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
