About Us
We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in scaling e-commerce and DTC brands through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads. We’re looking for a dedicated Media Buyer who thrives on data, testing, and optimizing ad performance to drive revenue growth.

???? Note: This role is focused exclusively on media buying—you won’t need to create or strategize ad creatives. Your job is to monitor accounts, analyze data, and implement media buying strategies to maximize performance.

What You’ll Do
Monitor Meta ad accounts daily to ensure optimal performance and budget efficiency.
Develop, implement, and refine media buying strategies based on performance data and platform insights.
Optimize campaigns by adjusting budgets, bids, audiences, and placements to maximize ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing on audiences, targeting, and bid strategies to improve key metrics.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within ad performance data.
Troubleshoot ad disapprovals, learning phase issues, and delivery problems.
Collaborate with the creative team to provide performance-based insights for ad iterations.
Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices.
Report on weekly and monthly ad performance, highlighting wins, areas for improvement, and next steps.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Proven track record of scaling ad accounts profitably while maintaining strong ROAS.
Expert-level understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, bid strategies, and attribution models.
Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
Ability to troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and identify actionable solutions.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Experience with tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros) is a plus.
