Project Overview
We need an organized professional to clean up and restructure our Google Drive containing marketing assets, videos, and images for our home sauna product. This is a one-time project to create a logical folder structure and organize hundreds of files to make it easier for our video editors to find content.
Responsibilities
Create a new Google Drive with organized folder structure (we'll provide the structure)
Sort through hundreds of videos, photos, and marketing assets
Place all content in appropriate folders
Implement consistent file naming conventions
Create a simple index/guide to the new organization
Required Skills & Experience
Experience organizing media files (video editing background preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with Google Drive
Experience creating logical file structures
Ability to distinguish between different types of content
Project Details
You'll be organizing content for our portable home steam sauna product. Content includes:
Product videos (assembly, features, etc.)
People using the product (different demographics)
B-roll footage organized by setting and benefit
Marketing assets and design resources
Images and photos
Deliverables
Newly organized Google Drive with all content properly sorted
Basic documentation explaining the organizational system
Brief recommendations for maintaining organization going forward
