We are a fast-growing dropshipping and e-commerce business looking for an experienced Marketplace & Supply Chain Manager to oversee our
This is a freelance role with flexible hours and a performance-based profit-sharing structure. We are looking for someone who understands both marketplace optimization and supply chain management to ensure smooth operations and continued growth.
Responsibilities
-Product listings management – ensuring listings are correctly structured, complete, and optimized for visibility
-Pricing strategy – setting competitive prices to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability
-Promotions & sponsored ads – managing and optimizing sponsored products and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth
-Performance optimization – maintaining TACoS below 9% while achieving a profit margin of 20%+
-Revenue growth – achieving at least 10% revenue growth month-over-month by adjusting strategy and optimizing ads
-Conversion rate optimization – implementing A/B testing to improve conversion rates and sales performance
-Data analysis – tracking and analyzing performance data to make informed, data-driven decisions
-Returns handling – managing the return process efficiently to minimize costs and improve customer experience
-Profit & performance tracking – maintaining a profit sheet to monitor sales, profit margins, and operational costs
Supply Chain Management
-Ordering from suppliers – following SOPs to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of inventory
-Stock control – maintaining stock levels at selling warehouses to avoid stockouts while keeping inventory costs low
-Shipment coordination – arranging shipments with freight forwarders and warehouse partners to ensure smooth logistics
-Supplier negotiation & communication – maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and -communicating daily to ensure operational efficiency
-Inventory management – maintaining 15-day stock coverage for LVB (Logistics via Bol) while ensuring supply chain costs remain below 4% of total revenue
-Data & tracking sheets – updating shipment and stock tracking sheets to provide a clear overview of logistics and inventory
-Warehouse management – overseeing the Avado warehousing process to ensure smooth product intake and fulfillment
Requirements
-Proven experience in marketplace selling (
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to track data and make informed decisions
-Experience with sponsored ads, pricing, and promotion management – understanding of how to efficiently scale while maintaining profitability
-Supply chain experience – familiarity with working with suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders
-Detail-oriented and structured – ability to follow and improve SOPs to ensure smooth operations
-Google Sheets expertise – comfortable managing and analyzing data in spreadsheets
-Excellent English communication skills – ability to clearly document and communicate updates
-Self-motivated and proactive – does not wait for instructions but takes initiative to solve problems and improve processes
-Strong work ethic – no strict 9-to-5 mentality; focused on completing tasks efficiently
