Marketplace Manager

Description:
We are seeking a skilled Amazon Seller Central expert to manage our product listings across multiple international marketplaces.

Marketplace / Catalog Specialist Key Responsibilities:

Variation Management: Efficiently merge and split product variations to optimize the product listings.
Case Log Management: Create and manage support cases via email, chat, and calls to resolve issues swiftly.
Solving Listing Issues: Address and resolve common listing problems such as stranded inventory, listing suppression, and inactive listings, including category and ranking issues.
Amazon Appeals: Craft effective appeals to resolve policy compliance issues, maintaining account health.
Listing Management: Conduct thorough ratings and review analysis, price analysis, and ensure consistency across all listings.
Content Uploads: Manage the uploading of listing images, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and backend keywords.
Listing Creation and Updates: Establish new listings, troubleshoot issues, and perform bulk updates using flatfiles.
Account Health Management: Monitor and maintain account health across all Amazon marketplaces.

Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts with a focus on catalog management, especially on combining or splitting parent/variation product relations.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for managing large datasets and performing complex analyses.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions that align with company objectives.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
