Marketplace Manager

Description:
We are seeking a skilled Amazon Seller Central expert to manage our product listings across multiple international marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Variation Family Management:
Must possess deep knowledge in creating, managing, and ensuring the consistency of variation families through flat file uploads. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot and resolve any variation mismatches or errors to maintain a coherent and customer-friendly browsing experience.
Troubleshooting Errors:
Creating Support Cases with Seller Central. As well as, making calls to seller support in order to troubleshoot various catalog issues and errors.
Merging Standalone Listings into Parent Variations:
Expertise in analyzing existing product listings and effectively merging standalone listings into appropriate parent variation listings, ensuring a streamlined and efficient catalog.
International Marketplace Consistency:
Ability to ensure that all product listings maintain consistency across Amazon’s international marketplaces, including but not limited to variation families, product details, and pricing. Understanding of regional differences and how to adapt listings accordingly.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Regular monitoring of listing performance, including sales, rankings, and customer feedback. Providing comprehensive reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts with a focus on catalog management, especially on combining or splitting parent/variation product relations.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for managing large datasets and performing complex analyses.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions that align with company objectives.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
