Role: Marketplace Listing Virtual Assistant (Amazon & eCommerce Expert)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM EST (Full-Time)
Salary: $700/month (Negotiable based on experience)

As we continue to expand in the online marketplace, we’re looking for an experienced Marketplace Listing Virtual Assistant to optimize and manage our product listings across Amazon (USA). If you have advanced expertise in Amazon listing management and experience with eBay or Walmart, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Product Listing Management – Oversee and optimize Upgrade to see actual info product listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Keyword Optimization – Research and implement high-performing keywords for maximum visibility.
A+ Content & Conversion Optimization – Create compelling, high-converting product descriptions and A+ content.
A/B Testing & Data Analysis – Conduct tests to improve product page performance and increase conversions.
Photo & Video Enhancement – Utilize AI tools or software to improve and repurpose existing content.
Store Management – Maintain and improve storefronts, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Amazon Marketing – Support advertising efforts (basic experience required; advanced skills are a plus).

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2-5 years of managing Upgrade to see actual info (USA) Products and Sales. eBay and Walmart experience is a plus.
Amazon Expertise: Advanced understanding of listing optimization, A+ content, keyword research, and conversions.
Software Skills: Familiarity with Helium10, Sellerboard, Trellis, or similar eCommerce tools.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, run A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions.
Self-Starter & Independent Worker: Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and delivers results without constant supervision.
Basic Excel Skills: Able to organize data efficiently.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with the team and provide clear reports on performance and optimizations.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience with eBay & Walmart listing management.
Familiarity with Amazon PPC and marketing strategies.
Knowledge of AI tools for photo and video enhancement.
