Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads for campaigns.
Post engaging content daily on Instagram that is aligned with our brand image and target audience.
Create 7 attention-grabbing reels per week (each 30-60 seconds) that effectively promote our products.
Monitor and boost posts to increase reach and engagement.
Track and report on performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Requirements:

Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
Proficiency in Instagram, including content creation and scheduling.
Ability to create short, engaging video content.
Understanding of ad boosting strategies and performance analysis.
Compensation:

Base pay: $300 per month.
Performance-based bonuses up to $50 per week for reels that achieve high view counts or engagement.
This position is flexible in terms of working hours, as long as tasks are completed on schedule. It's estimated to require around 15-20 hours per week.
