We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to effectively manage content, campaigns, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts, aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.
• Monitor, engage, and respond to audience interactions to foster community engagement and build brand loyalty.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand reach and visibility.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support business goals, including digital,
• Work with the design and content teams to produce compelling marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, infographics, and advertisements.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance analytics to improve ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Plan and oversee promotional events, product launches, and brand partnerships.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media and marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Use A/B testing to assess content effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
Brand Management:
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all marketing channels.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance across teams and departments.
• Identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation within the market.
Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing tea
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Canva, and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
