Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Planning Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful development, launch, and promotion of our diverse product offerings, including Philosophical Reflection Journals, Philosophy in Action Course Series, a Philosophical Meditation App, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for philosophy and personal development, along with a strong background in marketing, project management, and digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
-Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products across various platforms.
-Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competition, and emerging trends in the online education and personal development space.
-Develop and oversee content creation for promotional materials, social media campaigns, and
Product Launch Planning:
-Collaborate with the founder to outline detailed product launch plans, including timelines, marketing milestones, and KPIs.
-Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure the timely delivery of all product components.
-Plan and execute pre-launch, launch, and post-launch marketing campaigns to maximize product visibility and sales.
Project Management:
-Manage the development process for the Philosophical Reflection Journals, online courses, apps, and other offerings.
-Track project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the project goals.
-Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
Content Strategy and Creation:
-Work with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand’s mission and values.
-Develop and manage a content calendar for blogs, videos, podcasts, and other media formats.
-Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement across all digital platforms.
Partnership Development:
-Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, thought leaders, and other brands that align with our mission.
-Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand the reach of our products.
Analytics and Reporting:
-Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches, using data to inform future strategies.
-Prepare regular reports for the founder on the status of marketing efforts, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, product planning, and project management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and
Experience with product launches, especially in the online education or personal development sectors.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
