Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue. This role requires a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing and HVAC or Home Services industry best practices. This role will also provide minimal inside sales support over the phone to potential customers.
JOB ACTIVITIES:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including website content, brochures, flyers, social media posts, and
• Manage the company website/GMB and ensure it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Execute plan on semi-annual basis while managing budget effectively and efficiently, tracking expenses and ROI
• Develop end-to-end marketing campaigns around brand relaunch.
Digital Marketing:
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
• Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings. Understand A.I. capabilities in marketing/sales
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers, responding to customer comments.
• Develop and execute
• Track and analyze website traffic and marketing campaign performance.
Lead Generation:
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new customers including seasonal service to grow revenue
• Track and analyze lead sources and conversion rates.
• Qualify leads and pass them to the inside sales manager.
Inside Sales Support and cross-train:
• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming sales inquiries (phone calls,
• Qualify leads, advise customers on solutions and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for service technicians with customers.
• Cross-sell and upsell services to customers (e.g., preventative maintenance, upgrades).
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer data, track marketing campaigns, and analyze customer behavior.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, service, finance) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
• Contribute to team/leadership meetings and provide input on process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and advertising with emphasis in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, GMB, social media marketing,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM software, Microsoft, google platforms, A.I.
