Marketing & Virtual Assistant

Silhouette & Shadow, an online platform connecting figure artists and models, is looking for a Marketing-Focused Virtual Assistant to help grow our community, promote events, and streamline our digital presence.

Position: Virtual Assistant (Marketing & Community Engagement)
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule

What You’ll Do:
Assist in marketing strategy, content creation, and social media management
Promote online figure drawing events through email marketing, social posts, and community outreach
Help optimize engagement and visibility across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Monitor and respond to messages, inquiries, and comments in a professional and friendly manner
Support artists and models with event promotion and platform navigation
Track marketing analytics to assess growth and engagement trends

What We’re Looking For:
Strong written communication skills and an eye for engaging content
Experience with social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, newsletters)
Interest in the arts, especially figure drawing and creative communities
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a virtual setting
Familiarity with Canva, Klaviyo, or similar tools is a plus
