Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team and help support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating, managing, and optimizing various marketing campaigns while assisting with administrative and strategic marketing tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Design and create marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and other promotional content.
- Edit and proofread marketing content for accuracy and clarity.

Social Media Management:
- Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the online community.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies.

SEO & Website Management:
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve traffic and rankings.
- Update website pages and ensure consistency with branding and messaging.


Email
Marketing:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Maintain and segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to measure success and suggest improvements.

General Administrative Support:
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and tasks related to marketing initiatives.
- Maintain organized records of marketing materials, documents, and plans.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with SEO and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Video editing skills for reels, ads, or promotional videos.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience with paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads.
