Marketing VA for Ads Agency — Detail-Oriented, Hungry to Learn, and Systems-Minded
Full-Time | Long-Term | Remote

Hey there!

We’re a fast-growing agency that runs paid ads for service-based business owners across multiple industries. I’m looking for a Marketing VA to support the back end of the business — someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and wants to grow into a key operator behind the scenes. If you don't believe you're at the level this job post is asking. Thats okay. I need to see you have the urgency to learn what marketing actually means.

You’ll be helping me build out internal systems, check quality across deliverables, and understand the industries we serve — so we can create better-performing campaigns and run a smoother business.

This role is NOT SEO or google related. You won’t be doing outreach. Instead, you’ll be learning marketing for both Meta Ads and Organic social media posts, assisting with ad copy, managing SOPs, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

You will be come a Marketer, copywriter and an awesome operations manager.

Your Role:
- Build and update SOPs for our marketing and internal operations
- Manage and organize ClickUp tasks + systems
- Review editor-delivered videos for typos, inconsistencies, or quality issues
- Assist with Upgrade to see actual info for Facebook ads (training provided)
- Learn the nuances of different service-based niches we serve
- Keep me (the founder) organized, supported, and focused
- GHL set up and meta ads managemenet

You’ll Thrive If You:
- Enjoy marketing and want to learn fast through real-world application
- Are detail-oriented and naturally notice small mistakes others miss
- Ask great questions and look for better ways to do things
- Love creating structure, systems, and workflows
- Have strong written English and clear communication
- Are tech-comfy (ClickUp, Google Drive, Loom, Notion, etc.)

Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience with QA or quality control (even in past jobs)
- Have written copy or helped with marketing tasks before
- Understand the basics of paid advertising (even better if you’ve run or seen FB ads)
- Have worked for a marketing agency in the past.
