Marketing Tech

We are looking for a Marketing Tech professional to manage content across multiple platforms, create engaging media, and ensure smooth operations within our core digital tools. This role requires technical expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
Website Management

Create and update pages on WordPress using WPBakery
Maintain and manage content on Go High Level and LearnWorlds
Video Editing & Graphic Design

Edit videos by cropping, reviewing for key content, adding graphics, and creating thumbnails
Organize and manage video content
Design graphics including flyers, banners, and logos
Social Media Management

Create and post content on Instagram and Facebook (2-3x per week)
Systems & Administrative Support

Maintain and update Google Sheets trackers
Own and manage the following platforms:
Wistia, WordPress, GHL (Go High Level), Canva, Opus, Google Slides, Zapier
Schedule outgoing podcast appearances via email and phone (no scouting required)
Communication

Comfortable speaking on the phone and via email
A US phone number will be provided through our system
Qualifications & Skills
Experience with WordPress (WPBakery), Go High Level, and LearnWorlds
Proficiency in video editing and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Familiarity with social media content creation and scheduling
Strong organizational skills and ability to update Google Sheets and manage systems
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work during US Eastern Time hours
