We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Marketing Support Assistant to provide vital support to our Marketing VA and team. This role includes managing routine administrative tasks, updating and maintaining CRM systems, and assisting with website updates (Squarespace). Availability Requirements:
Part-time availability of 20 hours per week 14:00- 18:00 Pacific Time Zone working hours.
Flexibility to adapt to occasional urgent tasks or shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Marketing VA:
Assist with recurring tasks like
Ensure smooth handoffs and task coordination with the Marketing VA and other tea
CRM &
Update and maintain CRM systems, including accurate tagging, segmentation, and data entry.
Monitor the podcast guest
Add new contacts from form submissions or events and integrate them into the CRM and
Squarespace Website Maintenance:
Perform routine updates, including adding new events, lead magnets, and blog posts.
Make basic edits to website pages as directed.
Research & Documentation:
Conduct online research to identify podcast guesting and speaking opportunities.
Go beyond surface-level searches to deliver thorough and actionable findings.
Keep spreadsheets and other documentation updated and organized.
Routine Task Execution:
Follow established workflows and checklists to complete repetitive tasks with precision.
Suggest improvements to processes and systems where applicable.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing VA and EA to ensure aligned workflows and task coverage as needed.

Skills & Tools:
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic website management (Kajabi and Squarespace experience a plus).
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Asana
Familiarity with Social Media Platforms:
Strong written communication skills and fluent English proficiency.
