ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns aimed at businesses and driving conversions. This is not a sales role; rather, we are seeking a skilled marketing professional who can generate high-quality sales meetings through strategic outreach and campaign execution. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting compelling email copy, managing campaign deployment, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future strategies. This role is specifically focused on B2B sales, targeting marketing professionals and decision-makers within restaurant brands. This is a remote position within a small marketing team that offers ample support during your onboarding process. It's an excellent opportunity for a self-starter looking to expand their professional skill set.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Email
Campaign Execution: Assist in creating, managing, and executing targeted email campaigns using SendGrid and MixMax to drive engagement and generate qualified sales meetings.
Content Development: Craft persuasive, engaging, and high-converting email copy tailored to marketing professionals and key decision-makers.
Campaign Optimization: Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns by tracking open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance, implementing A/B testing, and making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Lead Engagement Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from email engagement to booked meetings, focusing on marketing-driven outreach rather than direct sales.
Process Improvement: Develop and refine workflows for outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
Tool Management: Maintain and leverage marketing automation platforms, including SendGrid and MixMax, to maximize campaign effectiveness and outreach.

REQUIREMENTS:

Have your own computer and a minimum of 3mbps internet connection
Advanced/Native English speaker
Excellent communication skills (English - spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail
Responsive and quick to tackle any issues that arise
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Available to work night shift 40hrs/week: 8:00 pm to 4:30 am
Proficient in Google Suite
Ability to deliver and work with deadlines
At least 1-year experience working in marketing roles
College-level education

NICE TO HAVES:

Passion for all things Marketing and Sales!
Experience or interest in Inbound Marketing.
Experience working with Google Sheets
Experience working with Sendgrid or other similar email distribution service
1+ years of management experience
