The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing and operational functions, including communications, digital media (marketing), and account coordination. The marketing coordinator must be a high EQ, organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines as needed.
Objectives of this Role
-Assist in developing and implementing the company’s client marketing strategy
-Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and platforms
-Prepare monthly marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
-Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
-Support the development and maintenance of internal tools and platforms
-Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and client’s local marketing tactics with tea
-Communicate with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
-Coordinate internal (PM) and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
-Analyze project progress and, when necessary, assist in adapting scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
-Help build the skill sets of tea
-Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices
Responsibilities
-Support the CX and Client Success functions in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing presentations, and updating calendars
-Prepare onboarding presentations for onboarding meetings with new clients
-Monthly creation of all client reporting slide deck analysis
-Update Internal tracking documents ensuring client success and delight
-Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to Client Success team, and clients when necessary.
-Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to CX, CSM, and Marketing leadership
-Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
-Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
-Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
-Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
-Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
-Assist in developing and strengthening partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors
Required Skills and Qualifications
-Experience in digital marketing or project coordination or similar role
-Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
-Experience using data analytics software for research
-Google products experience - GMB, GA4, LSA, PPC, and more
-Experience/Skills in local SEO and other digital marketing
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Great soft skills!
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
-Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, as well as home services industry knowledge preferred but not required
