Summary:
KAIA is seeking a Marketing Strategist & Content Writer to drive revenue growth by developing targeted B2B marketing strategies that generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales efforts in the aerospace, engineering, and technology industries. This role is critical to crafting compelling messaging that accelerates the sales cycle, engages decision-makers, and converts opportunities into paying clients.
Reporting to the Business Development (BD) Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that directly contribute to pipeline growth, lead generation, and deal closure. Your work will align with KAIA’s sales strategy, leveraging content marketing, digital outreach, and sales enablement materials to support business development and revenue expansion.
This is a remote position, requiring candidates to have their own work location and hardware. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while driving measurable sales outcomes are essential.
Responsibilities:
Goal: Develop and implement campaigns at the direction of the Business Development Manager to connect with new customers, build rapport, and close sales.
Recurring Tasks Include:
-Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including
-Create compelling, SEO-optimized content for social media, website, case studies, and other marketing materials.
-Manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach, engagement, and ad performance, including running targeted ad campaigns.
-Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in marketing, copywriting and sales in B2B sectors.
-Strong writing skills with an ability to craft engaging, persuasive content.
-Experience in aerospace, engineering, or technology industries is a plus.
-Proficiency in content marketing, branding, and digital outreach.
-Understanding of marketing funnels and strategies for lead conversion.
-Experience creating SEO-optimized content for websites.
-Ability to differentiate between brand positioning and market position for strategic growth.
-Self-motivated with strong time management skills for remote work.
-Experience managing LinkedIn messages and monitoring campaign performance.
-Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is a plus.
-Basic graphic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus, but not required.
