About Us:
We are a US-based accounting/CPA firm preparing for a major book launch and seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead and execute a high-impact marketing campaign. This role requires someone who can develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, and manage cross-platform promotional efforts to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the book launch, aligned with business objectives.
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Identify target audience segments and craft tailored messaging for different platforms and demographics.
Set and track KPIs to measure campaign success and optimize performance.
???? Market Research & Audience Development
Conduct research to identify industry trends, audience preferences, and key promotional opportunities.
Identify and establish relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to boost visibility.
Research potential guest podcast appearances, speaking engagements, and promotional collaborations.

Oversee content strategy for website, blog, and
Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for content optimization and campaign personalization.

Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads,
Analyze marketing data (social media,
Generate reports and insights to track growth and engagement.

Build and maintain brand positioning for the book and firm.
Develop strategies to drive audience engagement and grow the firm's community across digital platforms.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and launch deadlines.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
? Required:
3+ years experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or brand management
Proven experience in book launches, product launches, or high-impact marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
Experience with
Ability to lead cross-functional marketing initiatives and work independently
