JOB OVERVIEW

POSITION: MARKETING SPECIALIST/CONSULTANT
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones. Enhance patient engagement, increasing brand visibility, and driving growth through targeted marketing strategies with a definite timeline.?

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager (OM), Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Friday
WORKING HOURS: Flexible with a minimum of 20 hours per week

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Strategy Development:

?Conduct market research: Analyze the local healthcare landscape, identify competitors, and understand target patient demographics.
?Develop a comprehensive marketing plan: Define objectives, target audience, key messages, and specific strategies for attracting new patients.
?Create a brand identity: Establish a strong brand image that resonates with the clinic's values and target audience.
?Develop marketing materials: Design and produce brochures, newsletters, blogs, flyers, website content, social media posts, and other promotional/educational materials.

Marketing Execution:

?Manage online presence: Optimize the clinic's website for search engines (SEO), create engaging social media content, and manage online reputation through reviews to improve patient outreach.
?Implement digital marketing campaigns: Run targeted advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
?Organize events and promotions: Host health fairs, community events, and promotional campaigns to engage potential patients.
?Manage relationships with local media: Build relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure positive coverage of the clinic.

Patient Relationship Management:
?Develop patient referral programs: Create for existing patients to refer new patients. Focus on initiatives that prioritize patient engagement, ensuring that every campaign or program enhances the overall patient experience.
?Implement patient satisfaction surveys: Gather feedback from patients to identify areas for improvement.
?Maintain a strong online presence: Respond to reviews and inquiries promptly to build trust and credibility.


Reporting and Analysis:

?Track key performance indicators (KPIs): Monitor website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and other metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
?Prepare regular reports: Analyze data and provide insights to the Operations Department and Executive Committee to inform future marketing decisions. Have a timeline for every plans and proposals.

Additional Responsibilities:

?Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Continuously research and learn about new marketing technologies and best practices in the primary care clinics.
?Collaborate with other departments: To attend the scrum meeting at least thrice a week and Executive Committee Meeting once a week. Work closely with the clinic's medical staff, administrative team, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
?Undertake other related tasks as assigned.
