We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & Updates:
Regularly update and optimize website content for accuracy, relevance, and user engagement.
Work closely with the development team to ensure website functionality, usability, and responsive design.
Implement changes to improve website performance and user experience.
Monitor website analytics to assess traffic patterns and identify opportunities for improvement.
Social Media Marketing & Promotions:
Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms including
Create engaging content (posts, videos, blogs) and schedule posts to maintain active social media presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to promote product launches, services, and special promotions.
Monitor and report on social media performance, engagement, and ROI.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for website content optimization.
Optimize on-page content (meta tags, headings, alt text, etc.) for SEO.
Monitor SEO performance, including ranking, traffic, and conversions, and adjust strategies as needed.
Create and implement link-building strategies to enhance site authority.
Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continued performance.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms.
Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and insights.
Make data-driven recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all digital marketing materials are visually appealing and on-brand.
Assist with the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads,
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, social media marketing, and SEO.
Proven experience with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and strategies.
Experience creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Strong understanding of content management,
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads,
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or website design principles is a plus.
