Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising high-performing ad campaigns that directly contribute to lead generation and client acquisition for our home improvement clients. You will play a key role in helping businesses move away from traditional, unpredictable marketing methods and adopt technology-driven, automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation & Management:
Plan, design, and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram Ads) focused on generating qualified leads.
Optimise ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and data analysis.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximise ROI.

Content & Creative Development:
Create engaging short-form ad visuals and messaging that resonate with target audiences.

Lead Funnel Optimisation:
Work closely with the technology team to integrate ad campaigns with AI-powered lead management systems.
Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track KPIs including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Provide transparent and insightful reports to the team and clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Client Communication:
Engage with clients to align marketing strategies with their specific goals and market dynamics.
Share campaign insights and recommendations for future growth.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, especially within the home improvement sector.
Identify new opportunities for growth and competitive advantages in ad strategies.

Day-to-Day Activities:
Launch and monitor social media ad campaigns.
Conduct performance reviews and make data-driven adjustments.
Collaborate with the sales and tech teams to ensure smooth lead handoff.
Analyse campaign data and prepare weekly reports.
Brainstorm new strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
Keep an eye on industry shifts and competitors’ strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads,).
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and client acquisition strategies.
Proficiency in using advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and workflow automation.
Experience with CRM platforms and lead management systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Cost per lead (CPL) within target range.
Conversion rates from leads to booked appointments.
Return on ad spend (ROAS).
Client satisfaction and retention rates.
