Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and creative support to our leadership team. This role is critical for driving operational efficiency and amplifying company's brand presence. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and adept at balancing administrative tasks with social media and content creation. You will be working 30-40 hours/week during US business hours and get paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Researching, building, updating, and maintaining datasets in accordance with procedures
- Creating wireframes and product flows of site iterations
- Email and phone management, including calendars, scheduling, and customer engagement
- Sending cold outreach, mostly via email and social media
- Drafting email campaigns, video scripts, podcast episode outlines, and lead magnets
- Consistently designing, posting, and scheduling campaigns on multiple social media sites
- Summarizing podcast recordings and drafting show notes
- Creating and distributing content, such as decks, blogs, media, videos, and press releases
- Tracking, measuring, and actioning cold outreach/pitches
- Creating branded assets using Canva and similar tools
- Additional related tasks as directed by the Founders


Skills and Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience supporting business leaders, and with excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Brevo (formerly SendInBlue), or alternate CRM, and LinkedIn Navigator preferred
- Experience managing social media presence for growth and engagement
- Strong proficiency in AI/AI-enhanced tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, and more
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, and other wireframing/design software
