Industrial hemp distribution company since 2015 offering unique opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This role requires a unique blend of industry knowledge, administrative expertise, and marketing prowess. If you have experience in marketing and sales within the cannabis or hemp industry and can work independently, we want to hear from you!

**What We’re Looking For:**

**1. Industry Knowledge:**
- Deep understanding of the legal cannabis or hemp industry, particularly Farm Bill compliance.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience in creating marketing materials and sales strategies that resonate with the target audience in this niche market.

**2. Personal Assistant:**
- Proven experience in providing administrative support, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
- Ability to handle communications and assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

**3. Marketing & Sales:**
- Expertise in developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, email marketing, and SEO.
- Proven track record in supporting sales teams, creating sales tools, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.

**4. Independent Working:**
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
- A proactive mindset to drive projects forward and solve problems as they arise.

**5. Data Entry:**
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Experience in managing and organizing inventory data, product information, sales figures, and client records (CRM).
- Ability to ensure that all data is kept up to date and is easily accessible for the team.
