Position Overview:
We seek a meticulous and results-oriented QA Auditor to join our growing team. The QA Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our department's work across various channels, including
About the Role:
1. Conduct thorough audits of all department work:
- Analyse
- Monitor inbox activity to ensure timely and effective responses to customer enquiries.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on sales calls, evaluating communication skills, product knowledge, and closing techniques.
- Assess appointment setter calls, focusing on lead qualification, scheduling accuracy, and overall professionalism.
2. Identify and document quality issues:
- Accurately document all quality discrepancies and performance gaps.
- Track and analyse trends in quality issues to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on quality performance and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
4. Provide constructive feedback:
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to tea
- Conduct training sessions and coaching to improve team performance and address identified areas for improvement.
5. Develop and maintain quality standards:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of department quality standards and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to customer service and sales.
6. Contribute to process improvement:

? What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in quality assurance, preferably in a marketing agency or sales environment. Strong background in QA processes and performance evaluation.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot (a plus).
Passion: Driven and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail, capable of analyzing data, identifying trends, and ensuring accuracy.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for providing constructive feedback and collaborating effectively with clients and teams.
