JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized, process-driven professional to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our marketing department and bring order to our documentation and workflows. This role requires extreme attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to structure and optimize processes for efficiency.

You will work closely with our marketing leadership to ensure that every process is well-documented, structured, and easy to follow, allowing the team to scale effectively and operate with clarity.

Responsibilities:
Create & Maintain SOPs

Develop clear, detailed, and easy-to-follow SOPs for all marketing processes.
Standardize workflows for content creation, SEO, PPC, social media, PR, email marketing, and other marketing initiatives.
Ensure SOPs are regularly reviewed, updated, and optimized based on feedback and evolving needs.
Organize & Manage Documentation

Audit all existing marketing documents, files, and assets to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
Create a centralized, well-structured document management system using Google Drive, Notion, or another organization tool.
Ensure all documents are version-controlled, properly categorized, and accessible to the right teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Streamline Marketing Workflows

Work closely with marketing leadership to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
Help integrate SOPs into project management tools like Upgrade to see actual info or Asana.
Document best practices for handoffs, approvals, and collaboration within the marketing team.
Support Team Adoption & Training

Train teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on using SOPs and following standardized workflows.
Create guides, checklists, and templates to simplify execution.
Assist in onboarding new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers by providing access to relevant SOPs and documentation.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
? Proven experience in process documentation & SOP creation (marketing experience preferred).
? Excellent organization skills – you thrive on bringing structure to chaos.
? Proficiency in Google Drive, Notion, or other document management tools.
? Ability to break down complex processes into simple, actionable steps.
? Strong attention to detail – nothing slips through the cracks.
? Self-starter who can take ownership of projects and execute independently.
? Experience with project management tools like Upgrade to see actual info, Asana, or ClickUp.

Nice to Have:
? Experience working in a marketing department or agency.
? Familiarity with SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media workflows.
? Experience optimizing cross-functional collaboration within marketing teams.
