Marketing Operations Manager
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role is for someone who isn’t just highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented, but also proactive, solution-driven, and obsessed with making things better every day. You’ll be the backbone of our marketing execution, ensuring that creative projects are delivered on time, at the highest quality, and with maximum efficiency.
What You’ll Do
• Own Marketing Operations: Ensure projects move seamlessly from concept to execution, keeping everything on track and ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
• UGC Creator Management: Identify, brief, and manage relationships with UGC creators, ensuring top-tier content aligned with our brand.
• Quality Control: Review and approve creator-delivered video material before sending it to the editing team—nothing subpar gets through.
• Process Optimization: You don’t just execute—you constantly improve. You’ll identify inefficiencies and proactively refine processes to make work smoother, faster, and more effective for everyone.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as the central link between creators, editors, and strategists, ensuring crystal-clear communication and an efficient workflow.
• Proactive Problem Solving: You anticipate challenges before they happen and solve them before they become roadblocks.

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Experience working with UGC creators and content production is a plus.
• A track record of optimizing workflows and improving team efficiency.
