Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented B2B Digital Marketing Operations Manager to support our paid media team by coordinating campaigns, managing content workflows, and driving task execution. This role serves as the central link between the team lead, campaign managers, and clients, ensuring smooth operations, efficient task prioritization, and effective communication. While this position is heavily focused on coordination, task management, and content organization, it has limited involvement in campaign strategy or direct optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the team in setting up remarketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, and
* Work closely with the team lead to ensure all campaigns align with client requirements and deadlines.
* Ensure timely uploading of creative and content assets to campaigns.
* Organize and track client content, facilitating seamless approvals and delivery.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine content and develop campaign briefs.
* Oversee content delivery processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
* Document meeting action items and assign tasks to the relevant tea
* Monitor task deadlines, proactively following up with the team to ensure completion.
* Maintain and update a weekly task tracker, reporting key updates to the team lead.
* Work with the team lead to prepare weekly client meeting decks, summarizing progress, updates, and next steps.
* Organize key insights and ensure all materials are presentation-ready.
* Act as the primary coordination point between clients, the team lead, and campaign managers.
* Escalate bottlenecks or issues to the team to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing operations, project management, or client account coordination.
* Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads,
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
* Experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency or managing multiple stakeholders.

* Experience coordinating marketing projects in a B2B environment
* Basic understanding of remarketing campaign workflows and best practices.
* Experience in preparing client-facing presentations or reports
* Familiarity with data reporting tools such as Google Sheets or Looker Studio.
