Marketing Manager for Emails and Job Interviews

Our company operates in the recruitment industry and we have two main lines of business : our SaaS product and our services business.

Just to give you some background: the SaaS product we offer is a recruitment automation tool used for managing job applications (filtering resumes, booking interviews, calling references etc) and more!

Our services business is focused on interview management, outreach campaigns to attract job applicants to new job positions, and sourcing talent by filtering linkedin and other sites.

The position we are hiring for is in our services businesses. You will be expected to manage up to 3 of our clients and handling the following responsibilities.

- Sourcing potential applicants or partner data (such as social media influencers). This can happen on tools like apollo/zoominfo/upfluence
- Writing content for outreach campaigns ( directly to applicants or third party partners such as social media influencers) . This can include email sequences, instagram campaigns and more.
- Conducting interviews (mostly first round interviews) to filter candidates

The position we are hiring for is full time - 40 hours/ week in the New York/Eastern time zone as that is where our clients are.

The salary is $1,500 / month and there is room for growth especially on your ability to manage clients effectively as this is a key aspect of our business.

As mentioned you will be expected to manage 3 clients but if you are able to handle more than this effectively, we can offer additional salary raises.
