RealAway’s Marketing Associate/Content Writer manages the development and build-out of our website, social media platforms, and content. Working directly with RealAway’s graphic designer, the primary goal is to drive direct bookings to our rental properties and RV park through these channels. Duties include planning and implementing marketing and advertising material, creating blogs, writing articles, and creating email campaigns. They help collect data, forecast trends, and assess customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a wordsmith, highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work with little direction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proficiency using Google Suite and Chat
-Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
-Short-term rental and Hospitality Marketing experience
-Must have an attention to detail and be organized
-Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interface comfortably with diverse audiences
-Ability to think on your feet, problem solve, and remain calm under pressure

-Staying up to date on industry trends to support content development
-Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear
-Own the end-to-end success of all RealAway content including advertising material, blogs, email campaigns, and branding.
-Working closely with internal team members to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding, and style
-Managing and completing work on time for multiple content writing projects
