KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with company goals.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, webinars, content).
- Oversee content creation, including blogs, case studies, and sales materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

IN THIS ROLE YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- MAKE OUR MESSAGING CRYSTAL CLEAR: Refine how we talk about what we do so it’s super clear and resonates with what our customers actually need.
- BE A DATA NERD: Use tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, and spreadsheets to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and what we should double down on. Your insights will help us focus on what really moves the needle.
- TEST EVERYTHING: Run experiments (like A/B tests) to see what clicks with our audience. You’ll constantly tweak and optimize to make sure we’re getting better results over time.
- UNDERSTAND OUR CUSTOMERS: Keep refining our ideal customer profile (ICP) so we’re always hitting the right people with the right message.
- WORK ACROSS TEAMS: Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Customer Success to make sure our marketing always reflects what’s new, valuable, and exciting about our product.
- TRACK PROGRESS: Share regular updates on how we’re doing and what’s working. You’ll keep everyone in the loop and help guide where we’re headed next.
- AUTOMATE LEAD ACQUISITION: Set up and manage our marketing automation systems so we can run campaigns smoothly and personalize how we connect with our customers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS setting.
- Strong campaign management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- A hands-on, collaborative attitude with a passion for growth.

BONUS POINTS:
- Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) or CLG (Customer-Led Growth) strategies.
- Familiarity with Product Marketing 'Jobs-to-be-Done' and approaches for managing Marketing Claims.
- Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Basic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or other digital marketing specialties.
