Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Create and post engaging, high-quality content daily across all platforms
Utilise tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar to design eye-catching visuals, videos, and infographics.
Monitor social media analytics to refine strategies and optimize performance.

Lead Generation & Growth:
Develop strategies to generate new leads via social media platforms and other digital marketing efforts.
Manage advertising campaigns on social platforms to drive traffic and sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Review Collection & Customer Engagement:
Take ownership of collecting and managing reviews across all platforms, ensuring a steady flow of positive customer feedback.
Respond to reviews and engage with customers to maintain a strong online reputation.
Brand Development:
Help shape and refine the SEF Ltd brand identity by creating consistent and compelling messaging.
Build visually appealing and professional marketing materials to support campaigns and promotions.
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s values and goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Demonstrable skills in designing engaging visuals using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with attention to detail.
Experience in managing social media platforms,
Ability to strategize, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
A passion for creativity, branding, and driving growth.
