Hours: ~10-15hrs/week (remote work environment)
Working time: Flexible (Weekdays - US Eastern Time mornings preferred for virtual meetings)
Summary – We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Marketing Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for our educational game buzzer system-Trebisky, as well as our other branded products. You will get 2 part-time assistants in supporting your efforts.

REQUIRED: Fluency in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing materials.
REQUIRED: Minimum 4 years’ experience in Marketing Strategy & Branding, Digital Marketing & Content Creation, and Marketing data analysis.
REQUIRED: Must be willing to use Time-tracking software - Hubstaff (will be provided)
REQUIRED: Excellent knowledge in Social media management platforms such as Socialpilot, Zoho Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Branding:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and sales.
• Conduct market research to identify target audience segments, their needs, and preferences.
• Develop compelling brand messaging that positions Trebisky as a valuable tool for interactive learning.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
• Create and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms like
• Manage and optimize the website for direct sales, focusing on user experience, conversion strategies, and SEO.
• Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and
Analytics & Collaboration:
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Preferred Experiences and skills
Extensive experience in Google Analytics,
• Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Google Docs, Sheets, Forms and Slides)
• Experience with website CMS platforms and
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication (written & oral) and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills (changing priorities & meeting deadlines).
The ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
