MVP Mailhouse’s product is direct mail marketing with unexpectedly advanced technology. We track all the phone calls and new customer conversations that our marketing campaigns generate for our customers and help them use that data to increase performance.
MVP Mailhouse uses proprietary technology including native mobile and web-based applications to make our customer experience more streamlined and effective.
TEAM: MARKETING
MVP Mailhouse uses a wide variety of marketing strategies and platforms to grow awareness and generate leads from both inbound and outbound marketing. The marketing team’s primary goal is to create and executive a marketing strategy that creates sales qualified leads as cost-effectively as possible.
POSITION: MARKETING MANAGER
The Marketing Manager's primary responsibilities revolve around planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring all MVP Mailhouse’s marketing efforts. Sometimes it’s providing guidance to graphic designers to get materials ready. Other times we need to book trade shows and organize logistics including travel and lodging. The Marketing Manager also makes sure our brand and communication are consistent across all platforms.
The bottom line is that MVP Mailhouse has a lot of great things to say to lots of different audiences even beyond traditional lead gen and sales growth. When we communicate, we seek to do so deliberately with thoughtful purpose and execution to ensure our message is on point and has the intended effect. Whether we’re setting up a partner growth program or announcing something to our internal team, marketing helps make sure we do it right.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
>> Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services
>> Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
>> Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED
>> Formal education in marketing, advertising, or communications
>> Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
>> Demonstrated experience using metrics to monitor and optimize marketing funnels
>> Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
>> Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
>> Proficiency with content management systems and design software

>> Google Ads (AdWords) and Google Analytics
>> Social Media and Digital Marketing
>> Creative / Design experience
>> Video Creation / Production experience
DETAILS:
>> Status: FULL-TIME (~40 hrs per week)
>> Work hours: US business hours (PH night shift)
>> Location: Virtual team (work from home)
