The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our advertising strategies, creating engaging ad content, managing ad campaigns across various platforms, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a proven track record in delivering successful advertising outcomes within the medical or educational sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.
-Create compelling ad content tailored to our target audiences, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and mission.
-Manage and optimize ad campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, search engines, email marketing), adjusting strategies based on performance data.
-Work closely with the marketing team to integrate advertising efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
-Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.
-Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices in medical education advertising, and regulatory compliance requirements.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness.
-Manage advertising budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in advertising management, with a preference for candidates with experience in the medical education or healthcare sector.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

-Excellent creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce engaging and persuasive ad content.
-Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies to achieve revenue growth.

-Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
-Knowledge of the medical education industry and its regulatory environment is a plus.
