We are looking for a Marketing Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and lead generation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that our outreach efforts connect with the right audience, helping us qualify and manage leads effectively. You will be responsible for data management, campaign coordination, and ensuring marketing processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct targeted searches on LinkedIn and other databases to identify and qualify potential leads that fit our niche audience.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized lead records in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other tracking tools.
Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team with content scheduling, outreach coordination, and ensuring campaigns reach the intended audience.
Lead Quality Control: Monitor and assess the quality of incoming leads, ensuring they meet our defined criteria and no valuable leads are overlooked.
Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates on lead status, campaign performance, and data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Administrative Marketing Support: Help manage marketing materials, track engagement, and keep workflows organized for efficiency.
Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with the team to identify new marketing opportunities and suggest enhancements to existing processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Highly detail-oriented with excellent data management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management platforms.
Comfortable using LinkedIn for lead generation and familiarity with other prospecting tools.
Understanding of basic marketing principles and lead nurturing strategies (preferred but not required).
Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and manage multiple projects independently.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively.
