Marketing & Go High Level Setup + Automations

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant who is experienced with Go High Level to help us build, automate, and optimize our lead generation and customer nurturing systems.

You’ll work closely with our team to set up workflows, funnels, and automation campaigns that generate leads and streamline our sales and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:

Build and manage funnels (opt-in, booking, thank you pages)

Set up and test automations, triggers, and campaigns in Go High Level

Create and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns

Tag and segment contacts appropriately

Integrate tools like Maid Central, Google Calendar, and forms

Maintain and clean up CRM

Report on campaign and funnel performance

Repurpose content for social media or emails

Skills Required:

Proven experience with Go High Level (please provide examples)

Solid knowledge of funnels, email marketing, and automations

Strong attention to detail and ability to test your work

Fluent in English with clear communication

Bonus: Canva, social media scheduling, or experience with Zapier

Hours:
20–30 hours per week to start, flexible based on performance
