Marketing Funnel Migration Specialist

Hourly Rate: $6-8/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Funnel Migration Specialist to transfer our existing funnels from WordPress (Elementor, Funnel Kit and Cart Flows) to Go High Level. This project involves transferring approximately 10 funnels, each with 3-5 steps, ensuring all associated elements such as forms, tags, automations, PDFs, and integrations are fully functional.

Project Details:

Scope: Transfer 10 funnels from WordPress to Go High Level.
Elements to Migrate: Funnels, forms, tags, automations, PDFs, and integrations.
CRM: HubSpot (some embeds may involve Calendly calendars and HubSpot forms).
Deadline: The project must be completed within 5 days of receiving access to the WordPress account.
Future Work: Additional projects may be available if this one is completed successfully and with high quality.


Responsibilities:

Transfer and set up funnels from WordPress to Go High Level, ensuring all steps are properly replicated.
Connect and test all forms, tags, automations, and associated elements to ensure full functionality.
Integrate external tools like HubSpot and Calendly where necessary.
Test and troubleshoot funnels to confirm smooth user experience and data flow.
Deliver the completed project within the agreed-upon timeline.

Requirements:

Proven experience with WordPress (Funnel Kit and Cart Flows) and Go High Level.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Calendly, and funnel-related tools.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, automations, and integrations.
Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and your own computer.
