Job Description:
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a flair for marketing and content creation? We are seeking a Marketing Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent English communication skills and a knack for making beautiful presentations, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, and manage appointment confirmations.
- Marketing & Graphic Design: Create stunning PowerPoint presentations and other marketing materials.
- Content Creation: Write engaging blog posts and develop various marketing content.
- Scheduling: Manage schedules and appointments using tools like Calendly.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot for CRM tasks (training provided if necessary).
- Additional Tools: Experience with Nimbus phone service is a plus.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong marketing and graphic design skills.
- Experience with content creation, including blog posts and marketing materials.
- Familiarity with Calendly and ChatGPT is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot is a significant advantage; willingness to train during onboarding if not.
- Experience with Nimbus phone service is an added benefit.

- This is a full-time, long-term position
- Based on the client's request operating hours - Monday through Friday, 40-hour/week
The compensation package includes:
- Competitive compensation: as much as Php600,000 annual earnings.
