We are looking for a full-time, execution-focused Marketing Director to support 1-2 small businesses by implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing results. In this role, you’ll work closely with a Fractional CMO who will provide strategic direction, while you focus on executing campaigns, tracking performance, and driving growth.
You will also meet weekly with clients to review progress, discuss marketing performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights.

You’re comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives, working directly with clients, and collaborating with a Fractional CMO to ensure that marketing strategies are effectively implemented.
Responsibilities
-Execute marketing strategies by implementing and optimizing plans developed by the Fractional CMO
-Manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring timely execution and performance tracking
-Attend weekly meetings with your assigned clients to review marketing performance, align on goals, and adjust tactics as needed
-Oversee outbound sales campaigns, including
-Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings through content optimization, technical SEO, and backlinking
-Create marketing assets such as web content, landing pages, social media posts, ads, and sales materials
-Set up and manage CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, HighLevel, or Salesforce, including marketing automation tools and reporting dashboards
-Manage website development and updates, working with developers as needed to optimize UX and lead generation
-Analyze marketing performance data to generate insights and refine campaigns for improved ROI
-Coordinate multiple projects to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and deliverables meet deadlines
Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, and digital marketing
-Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC,
-Experience with marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, HighLevel, or Salesforce
-Understanding of website development, including WordPress, landing pages, and conversion optimization
-Portfolio of design work showcasing websites, digital ads, and graphics (preferred)
-Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns based on insights
-Strong communication skills, capable of confidently leading weekly client meetings
-Proactive and self-sufficient, able to execute marketing initiatives without daily oversight
