Remote Director of Marketing (Multi-Brand Portfolio)
The primary objective for this position will be to increase same-store sales, drive traffic to locations, and build brand recognition for both established and emerging brands within your portfolio, namely Little Caesars, Jersey Mike’s, and Coco Playa, along with any future concepts you plan to introduce.
Key Responsibilities (Extended)
- Multi-Brand Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each brand: Little Caesars, Jersey Mike’s, and Coco Playa.
- Digital & Local Marketing: Implement digital marketing campaigns with a focus on local SEO, Google Ads, and social media to attract customers across all brands.
- Brand Development for New Concepts: Lead the marketing efforts for Coco Playa as the brand expands.
- Team Leadership & Growth: Oversee the current marketing team and expand it by hiring experts in various areas.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Lead Google marketing efforts and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Local Store Marketing: Design localized marketing strategies that engage communities around your stores.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track marketing performance across all brands.
- Budget Oversight Across Concepts: Manage the marketing budget for each brand and location.
- Franchise & Brand Communication: Collaborate with corporate marketing teams from Little Caesars and Jersey Mike’s.
- Remote Collaboration & Flexibility: Must be comfortable working remotely while staying in sync with teams located across the U.S.
- Cross-Brand Strategy & Synergy: Develop cross-promotional strategies between different brands in your portfolio.
- Growth into New Markets and Concepts: Lead marketing efforts when expanding to new locations or launching new brands.
- Innovation in Marketing: Continuously seek new marketing opportunities and innovations.
- Crisis Management & Brand Reputation: Ensure each brand maintains a positive reputation.
- Technology & Automation in Marketing: Leverage marketing automation for efficient execution of campaigns.

Additional Tools & Skills for Remote Work
Given that this position will be remote, the candidate will need to be highly organized and proficient with tools such as ClickUp or Asana, Google Chat, Zoom, Slack, and CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.

- Increase in same-store sales: Year-over-year improvements for each brand and location.
- Traffic growth: Both in-store and online traffic increases.
- Brand expansion: Successful brand launches (Coco Playa or other concepts).

Candidate Fit
This role requires someone who is not only a seasoned marketing leader but also highly adaptable to managing a portfolio of different brands with varying needs. They must thrive in a remote environment, be skilled at digital and local marketing, and be comfortable working across multiple time zones, especially California time.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the QSR (quick service restaurant), retail, or multi-location business.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and driving traffic through digital and local marketing strategies.
- Expertise in Google marketing (Google Ads, local SEO, Google My Business), and social media marketing.
- Experience building and leading a remote marketing team, with strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana) and communication platforms (Google Chat, Slack, Zoom).
- Ability to work on California time while managing teams and collaborating across time zones.
- Experience with marketing budget management, and optimizing marketing ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
