We're looking for a Marketing Design Specialist, who can blend creative design skills with some marketing operations experience to help us create compelling assets and efficiently run our marketing programs.

Please note that our application process includes practical assessments of both your design capabilities and operational skills. You'll need to demonstrate your ability to not only create marketing assets but also implement them across our marketing tools.
About You:
You must have:
- 2+ years of experience creating marketing design assets (B2B experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showing web,
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and
- Proven track record managing marketing operations or campaign execution
- Strong English writing and speaking skills for team collaboration
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Ability to work in PST or EST timezone hours (night shift if Philippines-based)
It's a bonus if you have:
- Experience with Leadpages, Mailchimp, Smartlead, and Instantly
- Knowledge of Zapier or marketing automation flows
- Experience creating webinar or event marketing assets
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for web updates
You'll be a great fit if you can:
- Design and launch 3-4 marketing campaigns per month
- Create consistent designs across multiple platforms
- Manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously

Things You'll Do:
We’re a fast-growing, remote-first company, so you'll touch many aspects of our marketing operations. Here's what you'll focus on:
- Create and maintain design assets for our website, including homepage updates and landing pages
- Design marketing collateral for
- Produce lead magnets and downloadable content assets
- Manage the execution of
- Update and maintain WordPress website content
- Configure and optimize marketing automation workflows
- Create event-specific assets for webinars and virtual events
- Design and produce quarterly research reports and studies based on copy we provide
- Maintain our marketing asset library and ensure brand consistency
When You'll Work:
You'll work primarily during North American business hours, with flexibility across time zones. You can choose to work on any of the North American business hours of Pacific Standard Time through Eastern Standard Time.
It is a requirement that you have worked NA business hours in the past.
