We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our close-knit team on a fixed term basis. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background digital/social media marketing, especially in sectors such as Aged Care and Health.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
? Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
? Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, service development, and brand management.
? Provides guidance to social media and marketing implementation best practices and strategies.
? Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
? Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting
? Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department.
? Develop and monitor content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
? Ability to manage projects and implement plans on a timely basis.
? Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
? Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
? Analyse various data to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
? Reports progress to senior marketing management
? Other duties may be assigned


Qualifications/Requirements
? Degree in Communications or Marketing
? Experience with Major Social Media Platforms
? Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Digital Communications or equivalent work experience
? One to Two Years of Experience with Social Media Management, Marketing Experience, Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Design and Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis
? Strong understanding of general Digital Marketing concepts.
? Experience in executing digital marketing strategies
? Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis
? Understanding and experience in eCommerce technologies
? Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
