JOB OVERVIEW

Primary Objective of Position


We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with proven experience in managing traditional, digital, and social media marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate excels in content creation, copywriting, and HubSpot CRM, managing social media and email campaigns from inception to reporting. This role requires collaborating with stakeholders to define goals, gather assets, craft brand-centric copy, and report KPIs. The candidate must efficiently manage multiple projects while leveraging tools like ChatGPT Pro to streamline content creation and deliver engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand awareness.

Professional Qualifications and Experience


· 2-5 years of experience in creating and executing digital marketing initiatives, including both organic and paid social media campaigns, as well as email marketing.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, ensuring the “small stuff” is never overlooked.

· Self-starter with a proven ability to follow through, deliver on time, and ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction.

· Highly adaptable to changing environments, workflows, and priorities.

· HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing experience required.

· Hands-on experience with project flow and collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Google Suite, and JIRA.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition, Premiere, etc.

· Familiarity with Google Ads Manager for paid campaigns.

· Proficient in CMS platforms like WordPress.

· Skilled Content Creator and Copywriter with the ability to develop engaging and effective content.

· Experience in Design/Layout/UI/UX is a plus.

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.

· Experience and knowledge in health & fitness industries is preferred.

· HubSpot certifications in Content Marketing, Email Marketing, or Inbound Marketing are highly desirable.

· Experience in B2B marketing or similar industries is preferred.

· Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
