Marketing & Community Manager (Wix & Social Media Specialist) – 20 Hours Per Week
Are you a creative marketing professional with experience using Wix? Do you enjoy crafting engaging content, building online communities, and making a real impact? If so, we’re looking for you!

About Us

We are a holistic support service for parents and children, offering workshops, one-to-one guidance, and community events. Our work is personal, impactful, and rooted in real-life experiences—and we need a marketing expert who can communicate that effectively!

We work closely with parents of children with additional needs, special educational needs (SEND), and those navigating different stages of child development. If you have an interest in child development, early years, or supporting families with special needs, this role will be a great fit.

The Role (20 Hours Per Week)

This is a flexible, remote role with potential in-person meetups if needed. You will be responsible for:

Content Creation – Writing blog posts, website updates, and social media content based on ideas provided (AI assistance is fine, but content must be personalised and relevant).
Social Media Engagement – Posting, interacting, and growing our online presence by commenting, messaging, and engaging with relevant accounts.
Video Editing – Editing personal video content to ensure it aligns with key messaging and brand tone.
Website Updates – Keeping Wix site content up-to-date, making recommendations, and ensuring an engaging user experience.
Community Building – Actively engaging with parents, professionals, and potential clients, strengthening relationships on our behalf.
Strategy & Recommendations – Suggesting creative ways to improve our marketing efforts, helping us reach more families and professionals.
Hours Breakdown (approximately 15-20 Hours Per Week)

6 hours – Content creation (blogs, captions, and social media posts)
6 hours – Social media engagement & community building (commenting, messaging, relationship building)
4 hours – Video editing & repurposing content
3 hours – Website updates & optimisation (Wix)
1 hour – Strategy, reviewing metrics & making recommendations
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and community building.
Familiarity with Wix – You must be confident in updating, optimising, and making recommendations for our website.
A natural communicator – Ability to capture our brand’s voice (fun, engaging, yet informative).
Creativity & Initiative – Someone who can take ideas and run with them while staying true to our brand.
Interest in Child Development/Special Needs – You have a passion for working with or supporting families of children with additional needs.
Video Editing Skills – Experience with editing short-form content for social media.
Social Media Growth Experience – You know how to increase engagement and build meaningful relationships online.
Flexible & Reliable – Able to work independently while keeping communication open.
