JOB OVERVIEW

IMMEDIATE HIRING: MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Skill Level: Intermediate/Expert
Offer: $500-$600 per month
Work Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM MST | Wednesday to Sunday (Weekdays Off: Monday and Tuesday)

Responsibilities:
1. Email & Calendar Management
- Streamline administrative tasks by managing email and calendar.
- Provide end-of-day summaries and next-day schedules.
- Proactively review/respond to emails and send daily activity reports.

2. Client Communication
- Actively engage in client chats, addressing concerns and escalating issues as needed.
- Ensure clear, empathetic, and transparent communication with clients.

3. Research & Vetting
- Conduct research on potential clients and prepare detailed briefs for team calls.
- Screen clients who are misaligned with our services and provide alternative recommendations.

4. Social Media Inbox Management
- Organize and prioritize social media inboxes (Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.) to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across platforms.

5. Key Metrics Tracking
- Monitor and report on content performance, client satisfaction, and contract statuses.
- Prepare and present detailed weekly progress reports.

6. One-Off Task Management
- Handle ad-hoc tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and merchandise orders.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks with a keen eye for detail.

7. Follow-Up Management
- Review meeting recordings and ensure follow-up actions are documented and driven to completion.

8. Social Media Management
- Post scheduled content, track engagement, and ensure consistency with brand voice.
- Collaborate with the team to strategize ways to boost visibility and engagement across social media platforms.

- Proven experience in marketing and client communications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in the required software tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Klaviyo, Meta, LinkedIn, X, ClickUp).
