The Marketing Automation Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize marketing automation strategies to enhance customer engagement and support sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and manage automated workflows, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies.
Implement and optimize campaigns using automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Analyze campaign performance, A/B testing, and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to align marketing efforts.
Ensure CRM data integrity and targeted outreach through segmentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and campaign metrics.
Proficient in CRM and automation software.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
