About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Automation & Data Analyst to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This is a critical role focused on optimizing our marketing efforts, enhancing customer engagement, and driving data-informed decision-making. You will be responsible for managing our marketing automation platform, creating efficient workflows, and analyzing data to improve our marketing and sales performance.

Responsibilities:
-Marketing Automation Management: Implement, manage, and optimize our marketing automation system (HubSpot) and integration tools (e.g., Zapier) to ensure seamless data flow and efficient processes.

-Workflow Development: Design and build automated workflows for various marketing activities, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and data synchronization.

-Data Integrity & Integration: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data across all marketing platforms and tools, ensuring consistent and reliable information.

-Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing and sales metrics, including campaign performance, conversion rates, and automation effectiveness. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

-Data-Driven Insights: Interpret data, identify trends, and create visualizations to support strategic decision-making across marketing and sales teams.

-Best Practices & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation, CRM, and data analytics. Continuously seek ways to improve our processes and leverage new technologies.

-Team Support & Training: Provide training and support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on the effective use of marketing automation and data analysis tools.

Qualifications:
-HubSpot Expertise: Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM and implementing marketing automation strategies.

-Zapier Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use Zapier to automate workflows and integrate various marketing tools.

-Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, reporting, and interpreting marketing data.

-Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, CRM best practices, and customer engagement strategies.

-Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to automation and CRM.

-Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.

-Preferred Certifications: Certifications in HubSpot, Zapier, or relevant data analytics tools are a plus.

-Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
