Marketing Assistant – Personal Injury Law Firm
Location: Florida, USA (Remote)

David Law Office, a growing personal injury law firm in Florida, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and help expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in digital marketing, content creation, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow the firm's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by creating engaging content, captions, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
• Develop and execute social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to messages, inquiries, and comments professionally.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and outreach efforts.
• Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize future strategies.
• Conduct SEO research and implement strategies to improve the firm’s online visibility.

Content Creation & Design:
• Create and edit high-quality video content, including reels and promotional materials.
• Edit and enhance photos (Photoshop or similar software) to ensure high-quality visual branding.
• Design invitations, "Save the Date" announcements, flyers, and event materials.
• Assist in content creation for blogs, website updates, and marketing materials.
• Maintain and update the firm's website.

Client & Referral Engagement:
• Oversee client retention efforts, including top-of-mind awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate and track the firm’s client gift-sending process and follow up to confirm receipt.
• Maintain a record of all welcome gifts and referral gifts sent.
• Manage and nurture relationships with referral sources, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.
• Keep track of and respond to Google Reviews to maintain the firm's reputation.
• List new clients from intake forms for marketing records and engagement tracking.

Event & Administrative Support:
• Conduct market research and identify networking opportunities.
• Calendar, track, and manage all firm events, networking meetings, and sponsorships.
• Attend ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings with the attorney and take notes.
• Coordinate sponsorships and liaise with event organizers, vendors, and merchants.
• Research on merchandise and promotional items for the firm.
• Organizing and executing firm events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
• Prepare and organize presentations for marketing and client engagement purposes.
• Create template responses and letters for firm-branded correspondence.
• Perform various marketing-related and administrative tasks as needed.

General Marketing:
• Be open to taking on new marketing challenges and projects as the firm evolves—special projects are ongoing and dynamic.
• develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in marketing, social media management, or related roles.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and ad management (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Knowledge of website maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with video editing, graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.), and content creation.
• Experience with SEO, email marketing platforms, and campaign management.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to track multiple projects.
• Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to evolving tasks.
