Job Overview
CFS Companies is seeking a Marketing Assistant/Project Manager to support our team in planning, executing, and monitoring various marketing initiatives. This role involves conducting market research, organizing campaigns, managing timelines, coordinating with vendors, and reporting on project performance. Training will be provided on essential marketing tools, project management frameworks, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis: Investigate target markets, competitor strategies, and industry trends to inform campaign decisions.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop marketing materials such as social media posts, blog articles,

Performance Tracking: Gather and analyze metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversions, engagement) to gauge campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Brand Alignment: Ensure that all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and convey the desired tone and messaging.
Project Manager Duties
Project Planning: Define goals, deliverables, and timelines for marketing campaigns or other company initiatives.
Task Coordination: Assign tasks to tea
Communication & Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, sales) and external partners (e.g., ad agencies, freelancers) to facilitate project progress.
Status Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones, potential risks, and proposed solutions.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend ways to enhance project workflows, optimize resources, and improve collaboration.
Required Skills:
Interpersonal & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team coordination and client correspondence.
Project Management: Ability to oversee multiple tasks, set priorities, and follow through on deadlines.
Research & Analytical: Experience in gathering data, evaluating market trends, and interpreting marketing metrics.
Organizational Skills: Proven track record of managing details, timelines, and documentation effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
Adaptability & Quick Learning: Willing to learn new software, tools, and industry best practices.
Self-Motivation: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Previous experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related field
Reliable internet connection for remote work.
Familiarity with social media platforms,
